Special Blog Edition
Every second Tuesday of each month we have staff meetings in order to reconnected and inform our staff of any changes or upcoming events that will take place. This past Tuesday, we did an ice breaker so those new employees can mingle in with the old employees and create the family bond that we’ve always strive to have at AOPP. The ice breaker was a paper, rock, scissor contest and the winner was a new employee to the AOPP family, Ms. Fatima of Preschool 2.
After breaking the ice, we announced our Featured Teacher
(Teacher of the Month), Ms. Mary. Ms. Mary has been with AOPP going on 3 years
and has been patient during this COVID-19 season. She has also always had a positive
attitude when the uncertainty of a co-teacher was ever a topic. She absolutely deserved
it and many families and friends agreed.
Lastly, to close our meeting we surprised our
Director, Ms. Michele, with a Happy One Year at AOPP video and flowers. All of
our employees created heartfelt videos to congratulate her for being with us a
year and some parents emailed their regards as well. We are so honored and
happy to have Ms. Michele and she has been the perfect director for this chaotic year! We all agree that she’s made one of the greatest directors we’ve had!
