Fall Fest

We had an amazing time at our Fall Fest Boo Bash!  We had games, face painting, a bounce house, cookie decorating,  photo booth, and we had a chili cookoff.  There were some awesome costumes too!  What do you wanna be for Halloween?

Halloween Safety

Spooky Season is officially among us at AOPP!  We thought it would be a good idea to share some Trick or Treating Safety Tips.  We hope these are helpful.  What are you going to be for Halloween?  What is your favorite thing to do for Halloween?

1. Stay in well lit areas.  You can apply reflective tape to your child's costume, carry a flashlight, or glowstick.

2. Pick your mask carefully.  Make sure the opening are large enough to see and breathe through.

3. Wear comfy shoes. Also, make sure your shoelaces are double knotted so no one trips.

4. Pick a practical treat bag.  You can use a pillow case or a back pack, so that your hands are free to carry a flashlight.

5.Plan a route in advance.  Make sure you map out a route to keep your kids from getting too tired from walking and cranky.

6.Walk, don't run.  Look both ways before crossing the street and avoiding contact with other thick or treaters.

7. Check your child's candy.  Dispose of any candy that is not in it's original wrapper or looks like it has been open.

8. Avoid toxic paint. Check your face paint before you buy it and make sure it is non toxic.

9. Track your child with the Leelou App.  You can see their location and send help in case of an emergency.
