Hot Cocoa Bar

With the cold weather we've been having lately, we thought it would be fun to have a hot cocoa bar for the families!  The kiddos loved making it themselves and adding a bunch of yummy treats to it.  What do you like to put in your hot cocoa?

 

Annual Book Exchange

Our kiddos look forward to our Book Exchange every year!  Everyone brings in a wrapped book and places it under our Christmas tree.  During their class parties, they come out and grab a book and unwrap them at the same time and they get so excited!  What's your favorite book to read?

 

Candy Cane The Elf

Santa lost his elf Candy Cane at our school!  She has been super busy hiding and playing!  She needed some food for her energy and she needed plenty of rest as well.  The kids have had so much fun with her and being so excited to come in the morning to see what she's up to.  What silly things have your elves done this year?

 

Santa Bob Visits AOPP

HO HO HO! Santa Bob made a pit stop at AOPP during his grand pre-Christmas visit through Tennessee.  Our friends enjoyed telling him all about their Christmas wishes and what they would like for Christmas as they were so nice all year long. We love being able to create these fun and exciting memories for them each year. What Christmas traditions do you and your family do each year during the Holiday season?

 

Turkeys Are Friends NOT FOOD

 Today we had a very special turkey come gobbling around our school. Our friends loved meeting Mr. Turkey and had an awesome time asking him about his grand adventures getting to our school. Enjoy some snapshots of his visit before he made like a tree and leaves before Thanksgiving!

Enjoying Halloween

Happy Halloween

We’ve been celebrating Halloween the best way we knew how. On this pass Friday we had our 2^nd Annual Trunk or Treat! We had some strong competition and some sweet treats for our kids and the parents were super thrilled to be able to join in on the fun this year. We had 10 trunks decorated for their chance to win a free week of tuition for one child.

The winning trunk was the Bacon Family with their farm theme trunk. This was a really close call because our first years winners only lost by one vote.

To celebrate Halloween on Monday we had all our friends dress in orange and black and we had a Halloween Party with some tasty treats to follow.
