Winter Sensory Bin

 Our friends really enjoyed getting their hands on our Winter Sensory Bins.  The bins had snow (cotton balls), ice (Blue tissue paper), and even arctic animals.  They loved the different textures and colors.  What is your favorite Arctic Animal?

Snow Much Fun

Winter is in full swing at AOPP.  We have done so many fun activities!  We had Ice Cube Hop and did some fun crafts as well like Marshmallow Art and Torn Paper Snowflakes.  We had Olaf visit as well! And to top it off, our friends even got to take home a delicious Snowman Snack.  What do you like to do during the Winter?

 

Holiday Fun

We have been busy with holiday fun here at AOPP.  We have done Christmas Light crafts, Pajama Day, and a book exchange to name a few.  We have also made ornaments to hang on our tree!  What is your favorite part of the Holiday season?

 

Holiday Cookie Hunt

 

Our friends had so much fun looking for holiday cookies.  Mrs. Suzie told them a story about the missing cookies, and she needed their help finding them.  After our friends found them, they sorted them and paired them with their matching buddy.  What kind of cookies do you like to bake during the holidays?

Leaf Collages

Our friends had so much fun collecting leaves for their leaf collages.  They were so creative, and the leaves were so colorful!  They were so excited about the different shapes and colors of the leaves.  What is your favorite type of leaf?

 

Fall Farm Fun

We had a very special guest visit AOPP this week!  Mrs. Susan brought Fall farm living to life!  The kids got to pick apples from the tree and dig up vegetables.  Then, they sorted them into bags for the Farmer's Market.  They had a blast!  

 

National Hug A Bear Day

We celebrated National Hug A Bear Day this week!  Our kids got to bring their favorite stuffed animal from home.  They played with them outside and snuggled with them at Nap Time.  I think it's safe to say that they had so much fun playing with them at school, and I think the stuffed animals had fun too!  What is your favorite stuffed animal?
